For the candidate

- 3 - Address - This makes it easier for the interested party to find out where the candidate is from.
- 4 - Telephone - WhatsApp makes it easier to communicate immediately.
- 5 - Passport(s) - Information required to begin an immigration process.
- 6 - Birth - Important information to identify whether the candidate meets the profile that the interested party wants to hire.
- 7 - Confidential ID - To avoid scams, the candidate asks the company for information about their confidential ID to ensure that the person concerned is a safe IDS partner.
- 8 - QR Code - This will give access to the candidate's CV, but not to our CV database, so the candidate will be free to send their CV to the company of their choice, with due care to avoid falling for scams, if the interested party requests any financial value from the candidate, it is already an indication that they are not our partner.
- 9 - Experience - If the candidate has the necessary qualifications to work in the profession, it is important to state whether they have experience. If they do, state months or years, and if they don't, state no experience.
- 10 - Profile picture - If there is a possibility of taking an updated picture for the ID profile it is very important, a picture with a company name or logo will not be accepted.
For the contractor
- 1 - My ID - The guarantee that the candidate is an IDS-oriented student.
- 2 - E-mail address - Facilitate contact between the immediate and the candidate.
- 3 - Address - To make it easier for the company to find the candidate in the location of interest.
- 4 - Telephone - Whatsapp facilitates immediate communication with the candidate.
- 5 - Passport(s) - According to the contractor's interest, knowing the candidate's passport is fundamental to the legalization process.
- 6 - Nascimento - Facilita ao interessado saber se o candidato está dentro do perfil desejado.
- 7 - Confidential Id - To avoid scams, each candidate will have a confidential code that will be kept in the IDS CV database, and the company must inform the candidate before requesting any documentation.
- 8 - QR Code - This is exclusively for candidates who want to publish their CV on their own. The contractor will only have access if it is sent directly by the candidate.
- 9 - CV database - The IDS partner who is interested in hiring a candidate must go to the website www.app-ids.com, on the home page access the company link to obtain the necessary information.
- 10 - Experience - The information provided on the candidate's CV is their sole responsibility, our job is to prepare the candidate to work in the profession in their country of origin or in another country, so it is important that the company contacts the candidate or the companies indicated on their CV to validate the information.
- 11 - Profile photo - This is an IDS standard, we advise candidates to upload an up-to-date photo and not to disclose the name or logo of the company they are working for.
Important information on scams
IDS does not call companies to offer candidates, nor does it ask for money to hire a candidate.
We offer our database to accredited companies so that they can choose their candidate based on their interests
That is why we do not ask the candidate for money so that they have a chance and to avoid scams we offer a confidential code to strengthen our work.
